Cultura da Wikipédia como Política de capacitação compartilhada em meio digital de socialização do conhecimento

Presents a developing laboratory within History of Culture, subject taught in the Library and Archive Studies at UNESP (Marilia). The project is based upon the foundations of research line Information and Technology: students from the second under graduation year participate in the improving of 27 entries in Portuguese language Wikipedia. The aim is to capacitate for scientific reading and writing in digital media, habilitate for the information identification and recuperation and for the interpretation and understanding of formal and contents aspects and its reorganization. It includes activities of search, selection, remix and republishing of texts, images, audio and videos in the convergence of diverse hypertext information sources, supported by tutors with strategic abilities in digital environments. In this sense it was adhered to the international Wikipedia Foundation University Campus Ambassadors project. It’s also aimed to induce sharing and collaboration behaviors with the purpose of creating necessary habits for the informational empowerment in Brazil. As methodology is to optimize the work of individuals already trained in wiki culture and to create in within the subject information sharing programs with a more specialized bias, giving greater credibility to the digital environment. The environment syntaxes helps in the learning of the complementary skills of reading and writing and offers itself as an open repository from which information can be reused. It is, thus, an empowerment strategy in the search of autonomy and self reliance considering intersemiotic knowledge in the edition, visualization and understanding of information in the social web. A second step of a verifying research on the environment’s credibility after the consolidation and dissemination of the entries improvement work is proposed.

Telejornalismo na era digital: interatividade e acesso à informação

Este trabalho de Conclusão de Curso teve por finalidade investigar quais recursos interativos estarão disponíveis para o telejornalismo com a chegada da televisão digital e como esses recursos poderão ser usados como instrumentos para a ampliação do acesso à informação jornalística. Para tanto, foi feita uma reflexão sobre a produção de sentido e a prática discursiva, com ênfase nas alterações nos enunciados telejornalísticos no contexto da convergência midiática. Foram analisados dois telejornais, o “Jornal Globo News” e o “Jornal Hoje”, ambos da rede Globo. O referencial teórico-metodológico utilizado na leitura dos telejornais foi o da semiótica discursiva de linha francesa, com ênfase nas estratégias enunciativas dos conteúdos interativos, por considerar que estes referenciais sustentam o estudo dos processos de produção de sentido. O “Jornal Hoje” foi analisado enquanto produto que propõe nos conteúdos apresentados introduzir novas formas de relação de comunicação, privilegiando a perspectiva de interatividade por parte dos telespectadores. Isso porque os conteúdos remetem a audiência a interferir por meio de outra mídia, notadamente o computador, acessando o site do telejornal para poder participar. Assim, observa-se que se o conteúdo já se manifesta convergente, os suportes ainda não estão integrados, pelo menos nessa fase de transição. O “Jornal Globo News” foi analisado enquanto representante de um telejornal produzido e veiculado já na plataforma digital, o que não significa que possa ser considerado de imediato interativo. Foram ainda realizadas entrevistas com especialistas e pesquisadores da área temática da pesquisa, que contribuíram para o amadurecimento e crescimento da mesma. Anteprojeto de um sistema digital de proteção e controle aplicado em uma subestação elétrica industrial

With the growth of the demand on electric energy in the last decades, the urban distribution and transmission systems have experienced a bigger necessity to improve on the substations, the automation procedures and techniques on the operation maneuvers of such systems, in a sense that better attends the quality levels, availability, continuity and operational reliability. In this way, the objective of the present paper is to perform a study of protection and control on an electrical industrial system involving the procedures of digitizing and maneuvers automatism utilizing operational techniques and other pertinent information used in a typical high-voltage Industrial Electrical System. Analysis were made on short-circuits to specify the main components of the 138 [kV] substation, in addition, there were used digital MiCOM relays to make the protection of the present elements. With that, a program was developed to allow the user to monitor the condition of circuit-breakers through a supervision screen being able to simulate some kinds of faults, as well as observing the characteristics of each device. This way, the importance of having a fast and reliable system that ensures the equipment’s protection and the industrial process continuity due to faults on the electrical system is noticeable. It’s important to highlight that all this digitizing was mainly favored by the development of digital technology on the last years, mainly on microelectronics, also with the appearance of supervision gadgets allowing the development of complex systems in supervision and electric energy control

Um estudo exploratório sobre o infotretenimento como estratégia na produção de conteúdos para telejornalismo digital

This paper is an exploratory research based on bibliography which aims to establish relationships between the concepts of TV Journalism in the Digital TV with characteristics of Infotainment genre, defined as the model program that adopts the formula of a hybrid production. It follows a concept which is between the information and the entertainment. From this study, it is argued the possibility of the elaboration of news program to the Digital TV that transmits information with through entertainment (Infotainment)

Um estudo exploratório sobre o infotretenimento como estratégia na produção de conteúdos regionais para telejornalismo digital

Este artigo trata de uma pesquisa exploratória, de cunho bibliográfico, com o objetivo de estabelecer relações entre os conceitos de Telejornalismo Regional em TV Digital (TVD) com o gênero do Infotretenimento, definido como o modelo de programa que adota a fórmula de uma produção híbrida, seguindo uma linha que se situa entre informação e entretenimento. Considerando-se que, do ponto de vista do produtor de conteúdos comunicacionais, a “Era da Digitalização” requer um aperfeiçoamento e uma devida utilização dos recursos disponibilizados pela TVD, o artigo torna-se relevante, pois abre o caminho para se pensar numa programação para a TVD, antes mesmo de sua efetiva possibilidade de produção e programação. Pretende-se com este artigo pesquisar as ferramentas necessárias que justifiquem a possibilidade de um telejornal regional interativo atrair o seu público-alvo para as informações noticiadas por esse veículo.
